To save you money, we make every attempt to perform any tasks that
we can at our offices. This work can include: Telephone
Support, Remote Administration, Programming, Research/Due Diligence,
etc.
Applied Technology Services has a one-hour minimum for all customer-site services calls (on-site), subsequent time is billed in 15-minute increments. Work done off-site (at/from ATS offices) is billed in 15-minute increments with no minimum.
Applied Technology Services does not charge for travel time to locations in Boulder County Colorado. Travel time for other locations is on a case-by-case basis. We will be happy to provide information on travel costs in advance.
All work is warranted for 30 days from the Date of Service. If any problem arises that was directly addressed on the service call, it will be re-addressed at no additional charge for 30 days.
